Fill your freezer

Whole, Half, Quarter or Just a Steak

Our Beef is USDA inspected American Wagyu cattle that are pasture raised, all natural with no hormones, antibiotics or steroids. Raised locally and processed locally. The meat is dry aged for 14 days before processing to enhance tenderness. Our cattle are raised on the Ranch or sourced from other ranchers who are Veterans. 10% Veterans discount.

Whole Cow

Whole steer yields approximately 400-500 lbs packaged meat cuts

Half Cow

Half steer yields approximately 180-200 lbs of packaged meat cuts

Quarter Cow

Quarter steer after processing yields approximately 90-100 lbs packaged meat cuts


Buying in Bulk

Buying in bulk is an large upfront cost, but it will cover your meat needs for several months

Freezers

 I recommend a chest freezer, and you will need two of the large (20 CU Ft) chest freezers for a whole cow.  Prices range from $150 for the smaller freezers up to $800 for the large 20 CU FT chest freezer.
